MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL VOTING MEETING
MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION
THURSDAY, MAY13, 2021
Pursuant to notices sent to each memberof the Board of Education, the special voting meeting was held on
Thursday, May 13, 2021 using the YouTubeplatform andalso in person at the High School North Library, 63 Tindall
Road, Middletown, NJ.
1. Call to Order by the Board President and Reading of the Sunshine Announcementat 7:01 p.m.
“Adequatenotice of this meeting was provided by sending such notice to the Asbury Park Press, The
Middletown Patch, and the Middletown Twp. Public Schools District Website and the posting ofsuch
notice at the August T. Miner Administrative Offices and each elementary, middle, and secondary school
website in the district”.

WHEREAS, Werecognize the achievementsofall students with disabilities and the
dedication of their parents and teachers; now
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVEDthe Middletown Township Board of Education, do hereby
