A.B.S. designs optimum silo solutions while giving due considerati-on to the boiler and discharge requirements as well as the spacious situation. All silo models are made of a very strong high-tech fabric, specifically adapted to the requirements of storing wood pellets. This special fabric is dust-tight and has long-lasting anti-static properties. In addition, the Research Institute from Hohenstein has accredited the fabric with having seven-fold safety as part of a tearing-strength test.

1 | A.B.s. flexiloThe all-rounder - The classic design with conical fabric structure

ensure the pellet discharge and can be combined with almost

every discharge unit.

2 | A.B.s. flexilo maXiPellet storage up to 50 m3 - with the Flexilo maxi, the storage of

an entire silo truck with reserves is possible. The silos are made

of high-strength exclusive fabric, tried and tested over many

years in industrial use.

3 | A.B.s. flexilo outdoorThe weatherproof silo for outdoor areas. The galvanised steel

construction and the coated polyester fabric casing make the

silo weather resistant.

4 | A.B.s. flexilo trougHgain space with a trough silo - The silo‘s shape that corre-

sponds more to a hopper with a slanted base allows for the best

possible use of space required. it is particularly the case with old

buildings, where there are narrow and low, and sometimes also

damp rooms, in which the installation of a bunker is very difficult

– the trough silo offers the perfect alternative.

5 | A.B.s. flexilo flat BottomThe perfect full space solution - The space wonder of pellet sto-

rage. Between 80 and 90% of the pellet storage room is utilised

with the flat bottom silo from A.B.s. This means that the wood

pellets can be stored perfectly and in a space saving manner –

even in rooms with low ceilings.

6 | A.B.s. flexilo moduleThe Flexilo moDuLe is a special space-saving and diverse fabric

silo for wood pellets. it is specially designed for spaces with low

ceilings starting at 1.80 m in height and offers up to 60% more

filling volume with the same floor space as that of a classical silo

design. Due to its flexible module arrangement, this fabric tank

can be optimally adapted to existing spaces and is thus the

perfect solution for area rehabilitations.
