Abrasives and Brushes

SINT: (Grain ¾ - Lux 3000)

This is a tool employed in the finishing of marble and marble agglomerates. Special chemical formulas and production techniques give a range of tools that prepare the surface of worked material for final polishing. By applying the Sint series of abrasives in sequence a better finish can be obtained on all types of marble and marble agglomerates, with a reduction in cost per sqm and an increase in productivity. Available in grains¾, 400,500, 600, 800, Lux2000and Lux 3000.

5- EXTRA POLISHERS:

A suitable polisher for every kind of finish. The vast range of ABRA IRIDE polishers can deal with the different requirements of various finishes: from natural marbles, for slabs and tiles, to marble cement and marble resin agglomerates.

QUASAR: (Grain 120 – Lux 3000)

Quasar is a tool with resin binder with an industrial diamond which uses a high resistant mechanical and thermic resin. This combination favors an excellent working removal and a low consumption of the tool, consequently reducing stopping of the machine and less waste of the used tools. Available in range of grains from 120, 180, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200, Lux2000, Lux3000.

ABRA IRIDE PRODUCTS

EDGE POLISHER: (Grain 24 – 1200 – Lux / 5 Extra)

Tools used for straight, bull nosing and chamfering of marble, granite, natural stones and agglomerates processing. Available in synthetic (or magnesite type) for complete polishing of marble.

Available in grains 24, 36, 46, 60, 120, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200 and 5 Extra.

DIAMANT IRIDE FOR POLISHING MARBLE: (Grain 24 – 220)

The new conception of production in the diamond sectors allows us to adapt the tool to every kind of polishing machine, there by guaranteeing performance of the highest quality. Available in grains such as 24,36,46,60,80,120,180,220.

LUX GRANITE:

The granite polisher LUX GRANITE owing to its special composition always guarantees a high quality finish. The introduction of new production technology and the accurate choice of the raw materials allow obtaining a most reliable tool capable of meeting all demands.

IRINEX FOR MARBLE AND GRANITE: (Grain 36 – 1000)

Tools used for preparing the surface, for ageing, polishing etc. of marble, granite and any other natural stone, as well as ceramic and agglomerates. The abrasive filaments undergo a special treatment against heat ageing and they are particularly suitable to humid applications. The filaments can be normal on reinforced (R). They are suitable to both manual and automatic machines with one or more heads.

They are produced in the following sectors:Frankfurt, Fickert 140-170 and Edge polishing. They are available as 36, 46, 60, 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 500, 600, 800, 1000.
