5 APPUCATIONOFTARIFF Operate a transportation service on-call, over irregular routes and transport passengers via limousines. The Carrier is limited to no more than (5) traditional and livery limousines.

10 COMPUTATION OF RATES AND CHARGES (a) Rates and charges named in this tariff are applicable to waiting time, deadhead and

live service, and apply from 1he time the limousine is dispatched until its return to point of dispatch, except there will be no charge for deadhead ti.me for transportation provided entirely with the areas of Las Vegas Valley bounded by Hwy 51S/9S to the North and North East, Desert Inn/Pecos Rd. to the East, Windmill Parkway and Blue Diamond Road to the South and Rainbow Blvd. to the West.

(b) Commission ofReferral Fee: The Carrier at its sole option may pay a commission or referral fee to a travel agent, tour broker, tour operator or hotel casino and any agent who arranges for the provision of transportation by the Carrier to a third party, so long as the commission or referral fee foes not exceed 10% of the applicable rate or charge specified in this tariff for the transportation provided.

15 BAGGAGE a) Hand baggage shall not exceed forty (40) poWlds per each bag per adult passenger; b) Articles with sharp edges will not be canied unless securely and safely packaged; c) Explosives, inflammables, or hannful liquids will not be transported.

25 OBJECl'IONABLE PERSONS Cmrier reserves the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of intoxicants or drugs, or incapable oftaking care of himself or hersel~ or whose conduct is likely to be objectionable to other passengers.

The following applies to carriers who provide passenger tnmsportation by taxicab:

Pursuant to Nevada Legislative Senate Bill No. 376 Sec. 37. Section 52 of ASKmbly Bill No. 175 of this session is hereby amended to read as follows:

Sec. 52. 1. Except as otherwise provided in sub&ectioo 2 and in addition to any other fee or assessment imposed pursuant to this chapter, an excise tax is hereby imposed on the connection~ wheth~r by dispatch or o~ means, made by a certificate hoider ofa passenger to a taxicab willing to tnmspOrt the passenger at the rate of3 percent of the total fiw charged for the transportation, which must include, without limitation, all fees, surcharg~ technolO&Y fees, convenience charges for the use ofa credit or debit card and any other amount that is part of the fin. The Department ofTaxation shall charge and collect from each certificate holder the excise tax imposed by this subsection.

Note J: The passenger transportation recovery charge must be passed along to all customers.

Note 2: The 3% passenger transportation recovery charge must be shown separately from the total fare as defined above.
