About Venture Brazil Venture Brazil is a Na/onal Project that happens in eight brazilian ci/es.
The project aims to connect Start Ups to innova/ve and entrepreneur youth! Venture Brazil offers three job descrip/ons to work in 3-‐5 people project inside a start up in Brazil during 11 weeks, on university vaca/ons. During the project, the intern will have the opportunity to be part of a challenging environment and connect a professional experience with the cultural impact of working in the start up environment of the biggest economy in South America!

Requisites ² Issue pre-‐defined visa to Brazil;
² Alignment regarding working with startups – environment changes;
² Marke7ng & Business background;
² Interest / knowledge about entrepreneurship;
² One relevant experience on the area;
² 6 hours a day availability on the Startup;
² English or Spanish good knowledge;
Job Descrip7on Profile Interna7onaliza7on Marke7ng & Posi7oning Sales & Prospec7on Business & Management

External research of trends and interna7onal market analysis for the focused
sector;
Generate a analysis of start up current x ideal state regarding
marke7ng and market posi7oning;
Define target market for Startup Product with sales planning for the
project – if necessary, plan strategies for CRM development;
Develop a SWOT analyses about the Startup, mapping the main gaps in terms of business and management
inside the organiza7on;

Research of sector for partners/strategic alliances and compe7tors analyzes based on key success
factors;
Develop a 3 months implementa7on project in terms of the issues detected and strategic
direc7on of the startup;
Market research of new clients segmenta7on opportunity and
prospec7on of strategic alliances – if necessary research about CRM
models for startups;
Analyze the current and ideal state of the startup in terms of strategic planning, product development, finance projec7ong and HR plan;
JD 3 Marke7ng mix defini7on for interna7onal market;
Develop new channels and communica7on strategies to increase the Startup’s market
reach;
Defini7on of new leads and sales plan with selling, a_rac7on and partnership reten7on strategies – implementa7on CRM model;
Planning development of main needs from the Startup in terms of
company administra7on and support for managers;
JD 4 Transla7on of interna7onal marke7ng materials for
strategies;
Implement the marke7ng and posi7oning opera7on plan for the
startup focus;
Implement selling rou7ne and clients acquisi7on for company –
CRM tes7ng and feedback;
Implementa7on of the plan with short feedbacks period and measurements evalua7on;

Report from project and opera7onal plan for
interna7onaliza7on and sales implementa7on.
Report from project and opera7onal plan development for posi7oning and marke7ng for long
term implementa7on.
Report from project and opera7onal plan development for 1 semester implementa7on with
