Mauricio Artieda [Peru]

Mauricio is the General Director of CL. He is studying Communications in Rome and teaches religion in a local school.

Garrett Johnson [USA]

Garrett is the Direct of CL in English. He is studying philosophy and theology in Rome, on his way towards the priesthood.

Alex Famer [Great Britain]

Alex is CL author. She studied physics in Oxford, pharmaceutics in Manchester and is committed to bioethics.

Daniel Prieto [Chile]

Daniel is our aspiring theologian and the future chaplain of CL. One of the oldest members of the group, he is also a passionate painter of icons.

Becky Roach [USA]

In addition to being a great CL author, Becky is the best mom we have on board. When not doing laundry or making memories with her kids, she enjoys diet coke, bargain shopping, and date nights with her husband.

Katie Coyle [USA]

A sophomore in college, Katie is studying psychology and film. In addition to her CL posts, she loves outdoor adventures and any and all types of food, especially chocolate and seafood.

Champ Gerez [Philippines]

Champ is the only CL representative from the Philippines. She is currently studying literature and works, above all, on the Outstanding Initiatives section.

Elise [USA]

Elise is one of the best journalists that we have on the team. She is currently living in Rome and works with CNA, keeping us update on things from the Vatican and Pope Francis.

Janisse Flores [USA]

Janisse is student at the new and exciting JPII University in California. A new addition to the CL redaction team, she couldnt be more excited about being Catholic and sharing it in any way she can.

Winnie Corrigan [USA]

Winnie is the humanist of the group, showing a deeper love of literature and philosophy. In addition to being a CL author, she helps us with the revision of posts and is also an English teacher.

Canva Ma [Ecuador]

Also known as El Chino, Canva is the genious behind our animated videos of Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis. His dream is to produce animated movies.

Marigina Bruno [Ecuador]

Marigina does a little bit of everything at CL. She is our Social Media Manager and does a large part of the graphic designs. If you like the look of CL, dont forget to tell her so!

Luisa Restrepo [Columbia]

Luisa is a journalist from Colombia and manages editing in CL. She is also consecrated laywomen in the Marian Fraternity of Reconciliation.

Pablo Burmester [Guatemala]

Winnie is a CL author. In addition to her passion for philosophy and G. K. Chesterton, she is a convert and a writer that is now an English teacher.
