Jessica Mast-FossMinistry Plan
2016-2017
The Pink House exists to equip college
students to become urban leaders by
engaging the gospel in an inner-city context.
Me and my fellow students in 2010, the ladies of the
House.
Biblical CommunityWe study scripture, pray, live and
share life together.Urban Ministry
We serve at local agencies and immerse ourselves in the downtown neighborhood.Leadership Development
We acquire new skills, perspectives, and motivations to serve Jesus.
What does Fresno need?Fresno is vital to the well-being of millions of
people.
Fresno is rich in agriculture…
but impoverished
by
food insecurity.
Fresno is rich in education..
.But
impoverished by
brain drain.
Fresno is rich in ethnic
diversity…
But impoverished by systemic patterns of
racial injustice.
What can young Christian leaders learn from this
city, and how can they
contribute to building God’s kingdom in this
place?
Some of last year’s students learning and celebrating at CitySummit 2016..
“Revival without discipleship is a dangerous thing.”
― Raymond J. Bakke, A Theology as Big as the City
