Cedar Creek Brewery is located about an hour southeast of Dallas in Seven Points, Texas near the lake for which it is named. The brewery began its life in 2012 with used dairy equipment, ingenuity, and duct tape–let’s just say MacGyver would be proud of some of our early work. We recently upgraded to a 15bbl brewhouse and the original fermentation vessels have been upgraded to 20 bbl and 30 bbl conical fermenters. While we are growing, we still pride ourselves on our quality and consistency.
