Rhea Leckie|Founder

An international thought leader and trusted advisor at senior executive level, Rhea is the CEO ofCorporateDNA Consulting in London with a core team of fifteen, “the DNA practitioners”, CorporateDNAwas a national semi finalist for the HSBC UK, 2009 business awards. In 2008 Rhea was a finalist forthe Women of the Future Awards for being a successful entrepreneur in corporate Britain. The CorporateDNAoffer specialises in talent, succession, leadership development, team building, coaching and advancingwomen to the boardroom. Working deeply with the top three of the FTSE 100 clients – Vodafone, HSBC and BP,she is best known as “an authentic advisor and dynamic facilitator in the leadership space”.

Previously, while at PricewaterhouseCoopers UK, at 31 she was appointed one of their youngestdirectors leading Talent and Leadership for clients. Rhea has a consistent track record of working withmanagement boards, Chairmen, CEOs, HRDs and high performing teams. From facilitating board consensuson a talent management strategy with two global financial services companies in UK, to assisting the worldrenowned Dubai Holding group with its top talent, vision and values; developing succession planning in aleading oil and gas company, running top talent and rising star leadership programmes for HSBC andVodafone, Rhea is known for her trusted advisor status with clients.

Born in London, having lived in India and worked and lived in 28 countries, Rhea carries diversity in her ownDNA celebrating "difference and being different" across her cross cultural experiences in UK, US, Europe,Middle East, East Asia, Africa, Japan, and India.

Rhea is an inspirational speaker for the UK and emerging countries. In 2011, Rhea lectured at the LondonSchool of Economics to Management students and in 2005 to the Gurukul Scholars in London BusinessSchool. In 2008 Rhea was invited by the Government of Malaysia�s Ministry of Women to share her “secretsof success” in the corporate world on a platform with their deputy prime minister and 1200 women. Involved ina number of voluntary and inspirational causes, Rhea was listed as one of 100 inspirational women by theASHA foundation and featured by the International Women of Excellence in 2005. In 2009, Rhea was invitedby the Ministry of Defence, UK to inspire women in London to advance their careers. In 2009, she was part ofCherie Blair’s delegation to tap into the entrepreneurial stories of slum dwellers in Mumbai.

Rhea has an MBA, is a neuroscience practitioner and a qualified accredited executive coach with a number ofmanagement and leadership certifications from INSEAD, Cranfield and Ashridge. Rhea is married to Philip Leckie and lives in Singapore.
