Though it may feel like it inhabits a world of its own, the Inn is conveniently located just minutes from

downtown Mystic, the Mystic Seaport, the Mystic Aquarium, and the Long Island Sound. Foxwoods

and Mohegan Sun casinos are also just a short drive away.

Stonecroft Country Inn has 10 luxurious accommodation options to choose from. There are four rooms

in the main 1807 House, and six suites in the Yellow Barn. All of the rooms and suites are individually

decorated and beautifully furnished, but all offer the utmost comfort to guests. Below are two examples

The Stonecroft

The most elegant room of our Mystic B&B’s Main

House is furnished with handmade tiger maple

reproductions, including a canopied king pencil

post bed and chest-on-frame. Let the wrap-

around hand-painted mural transport you back to

the 19th century; artistic liberty allows the Beatles

to entertain you from the sunning circle. Can you

find them? Additional features include a wood-

burning fireplace, writing desk, French bergere

chairs and private bath.

Shubel Suite

A massive bedroom befitting a noble sea Captain,

this popular room features a king-sized sleigh

bed with luxurious linens beneath a beamed

and vaulted ceiling. Amenities include, fireside

leather loveseat (that can pull out to a twin bed), a

handsome armoire, widescreen TV/DVD, wireless

Internet, a balcony and a small writing desk. The

bathroom is one of the largest you’ll ever see –

offering his and hers lavatories, a bidet, walk-in

shower and heated towel racks. Open the shutters

of the two-person whirlpool tub and enjoy the

flickering gas fireplace while you soak.
