Friendship International MinistriesFriendship International (F.I.) is an interde-nominational ministry, founded in 1990. F.I. is actively involved in the work of evangelism and discipleship in the countries of Chile, Hungary and Romania, seeking to meet the needs of people at the intellectual, physical, spiritual and social levels.Through music, orphanage and camp minis-tries, evangelistic outreaches, seminar train-ing, humanitarian relief and work projects, F.I. is committed to equip and train for the purpose of building up the body of Christ and the effective communication of the Gospel.F.I. believes in developing an indigenous ministry in the countries where it ministers, by working alongside nationals and training them for continued ministry.

We believe camp is one of the best places for the Lord to meet and touch the heart of a child.Friendship International has been leading kids camps for over 25 years. We have had the privilege of having children attend from many different churches, as well as orphanages, gyp-sy communities and hospitals for terminally ill children.

Youth/Kids Camps Youth and kids camps are for those who have a desire to reach the youth for Christ. Come join the action as a teach-er, counselor, game/activities leader, or other camp worker. Share your summer and make a difference.

English CampsThis program is designed to help students and adults in advancing their ability to speak English as a second lan-guage. The camps will be divided into 3 groups for language learning, beginning, intermediate, and advanced to optimize learning at the level of the students.

Hands Across the Borders - Construction Projects Work and construction projects are being planned in 2018 in Hungary and Romania.

Academy of the Arts A program to encourage young musicians and artists in the use of their talents for the Lord. There is only one in Romania being planned for next year. Instrumentalists, singers (soloists and group singers), people interested in theater/drama, creative writing, painting, sculpturing and other areas of the performing and fine arts are invited to attend. We also need educators and instructors to partic-ipate. Please take the Academy of the Arts brochure for more information.

COST: (Based generally on a 2-3 week trip)

Youth/Kids Camps - $2750.- (approx. depending on length)

English Camps - $2750.- (approx. depending on length)

Hands Across The Borders - $2750.-

Academy of the Arts - $2750. Prices include round-trip airfare from a gateway city in North America, land travel in Europe, meals and lodging (except lunches while traveling on the road and entrance fees to tourist attractions).

POSITIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Camps - Leaders and those with Sunday School teaching experience. Camp counselors, activity leaders, worship leaders and support staff workers. For the English Camps, anyone interested in teaching English may help, but we also need leaders who have experience in teaching ESL. Age: 17 and older.

Hands Across The Borders- All individuals, churches and groups who are willing to invest their time, talents and construction skills. Serving hands and a will-ing heart are the basic tools. There is work for men and women. No age limit.

Academy of the Arts - All educators in the fine and performing arts are invited to teach at the Academy. But, participants are also invited, - instrumentalists, singers (soloists and group singers), sound technicians, people interested in theater/drama, creative writing, painting, sculpturing and other areas of the performing and fine arts are invited to attend.

* A $200.- deposit will be required for each person, along with the application in order to secure a reserva-tion for this trip. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation other than for medical reasons.
