Management Team BiosLimeng Stroh. Founder and Chief Executive OfficerLimeng Stroh founded Full Circe Wine Solutions, Inc. in Fall 2007, as a wine and spirits education firm to deliver tailored onsite seminars and engaging online content. Previously, Limeng was the Senior Director of Marketing at Beam Wine Estates where she managed the company’s core brands that generated more than eighty-five percent of the wine division’s profits. As a group director, Limeng set the long-term strategic direction and oversaw annual marketing plans for nine different brands including Clos du Bois, Geyser Peak and Wild Horse Winery. Her cross-functional experience in working closely with winery operation teams, regional sales and finance management has enabled her to lead the brands to successful positions in the competitive wine marketplace.

In 2003 Limeng graduated from Harvard Business School with a Masters in Business Administration. She also graduated with Honors from Duke University in three years with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Her professional background includes a summer MBA internship with Pepsi-Cola North America. In 1998 Limeng was selected for a rotational management achievement program with Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery. Her experience with Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery included positions in sales, marketing, supply chain and web business development. As a native of Singapore, Limeng also worked on international markets as the Asia-Pacific Marketing Manager in Gallo’s International division.

Evan Goldstein, M.S. President and Chief Education OfficerEvan Goldstein, M.S., is one of the nation’s most prolific food and wine industry veterans. His food and wine career started at age 19 in the kitchens of the Restaurant Le Saintongeais and the Hotel Lancaster in Paris, Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley, and Chez Panisse Café in Berkeley, California. In 1984 he joined his mother, Chef and Author Joyce Goldstein, in opening the celebrated San Francisco restaurant Square One where as sommelier his wine lists received a myriad of awards. In 1987 he became the eighth American and youngest ever at the time to pass the prestigious Master Sommelier examination. Since 1990 Evan has created education programs, wine training and service hospitality schools with Seagram Chateau & Estates Wines Company, Diageo, Allied Domecq, and most recently, as the Vice President of Global Wine & Brand Education at Beam Wine Estates. In addition, Evan continues to train and examine candidates for the Court of Master Sommeliers as a Founding Board member.

Evan is the author of Five Star Service: Your Guide to Hospitality Excellence (On Premise Communications Inc. publishers) and the critically acclaimed book, Perfect Pairings: A Master Sommelier’s Practical Advice for Partnering Wine with Food (University of California Press). His sequel wine and food book for the University of California Press, working titled Daring Pairings, is planned for release in Spring 2010. Evan is a regular editorial contributor to America’s Santé magazine, a contributing editor for Wine & Dine and Indulgence magazines in Singapore, is the American wine correspondent for Wine Review, South Korea’s leading wine and food magazine, and is a recurring guest wine expert on NBC’s syndicated television show “In Wine Country.” He also makes regular guest appearances on the top-rated “Ronn Owens’ Show” on KGO Radio and on Saturday morning television’s KPIX “Eyewitness News”, both in San Francisco.

Region Education ProgramsFull Circle Wine Solutions has had tremendous success working with associations from key wine regions of the world to create unique and appealing for trade gatekeepers. Here are some examples of key projects: Sonoma Summit - Each year Full Circle produces an exclusive, invitation-only 3-day program for 35 trade buyers to experience Sonoma County firsthand. The program features over 125 wines in seven different seminars to showcase the bounty of Sonoma County’s vineyards and wineries.

Region Research Project and Focus Groups - Full Circle developed a research project for a Client investigating sommeliers and buyers’ knowledge level of the specific region and willingness to purchase its wines. The investigative report covered a range of retail and restaurant account types in 10 cities, and included a comprehensive three-year activation plan.

Exclusive Buyer Luncheons - Full Circle hosts luncheons in key wine markets such as New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and Chicago, for a number of wine regions including Sonoma County, Portugal and Argentina.
