About envision... Envision’s Mission is to enhance the quality of life for people with
intellectual and developmental disabilities in Weld County.
Board of Directors:
Envision is the Community Centered Board (CCB) serving Weld County, one of 20 such entities in the State of Colorado. The organization began fifty years of dedicated service in 1964 when it was incorporated as the Weld County Community Center Foundation (WCCCF). The WCCCF was forged to deinstitutionalize persons with developmental disabilities and provide commu‐nity based services. In 1973, WCCCF established its first residential program. By 1986, the agency began doing business as Centennial Developmental Services, Inc (CDSI) and the name was officially changed to Envision, Creative Support for People with Developmental Disabili‐ties in 2004. Despite many challenges, Envision remains Weld County’s cornerstone for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays. Every year, Envision provides case management and a diverse set of person‐centered services that support more than 1400 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabili‐ties or delays and their families. Through in‐house programs and contracts with a network of 69 provider agencies, professionals, community businesses and other services, Envision facili‐tates a comprehensive support program in a broad spectrum of settings, including the person or family home, 24‐hour on‐site staff, scheduled support staff, host homes and group homes. Services may include therapies, transportation related to services, medication administration and monitoring, ancillary medical care, meal preparation, daily living skills, personal care, ac‐cess to community services, interpersonal relationships, recreation and leisure activities, group and individual supported employment, adaptive equipment, home modification, and more.

Location: Envision, 1050 37th St. Evans, Colorado 80620.
Venue: Booths will be located on flat grassy area beside the course which is starting and finishing on
St. Vrain Street directly outside of Envision’s building. Restrooms are available.
Refreshments: Snacks and drinks will be available to everyone in attendance.
Parking: Available in the front and back of Envision building.
Event Time: 7:30 AM to about 10:00 AM
Setup Time: 6:30 to 7:15 AM; however, some attendees do like to come early.
Equipment: You must provide your own equipment, including tables, chairs, tent and tablecloths. Envision will offer electricity on a first come, first serve basis based on receipt of Vendor Agreement Form.
Breakdown Time: Following Awards and Door Prize Ceremony
Demographic: We anticipate 250‐300 participants with an age range from 2 to 76 years old. Median age is 36. 47% are from the Greeley area. 17% from Evans area. Remainder 36% are comprised of participants from variety of cities and towns within Colorado.
Weather: Outdoor event. Please be prepared for cold and windy weather.
Staff/Volunteers: Vendor booths MUST be manned throughout the event so please do not leave early.
Promotional Items: All vendors are welcome to provide marketing material in our race packets as well as distribute to booth visitors. (Qty. 300)
