Information Technology Support Services (FC2–Unrestricted)
EAGLE II
FOCUSED ON MISSIONWe have a simple, proven approach to bring a full range of capabilities to DHS IT projects and
programs. We begin by learning about or helping agencies develop strategic plans, as well as
supporting policies and procedures.
Next, we use those strategies, policies, and procedures to guide the development of enterprise
architectures, IT project portfolios, and budgets. We ensure organizations have the resources
to carry out IT programs. And we bring the program management skills necessary to maximize
efficiency and effectiveness.
