David DeMulle Strives To Bring Interesting Facts & Information To
Light Through His Newspaper – The Foothills Paper
David DeMulle is the executive editor of “The Foothills Paper”, which he started in 2004 to keep the residents of North East Valley informed about their local politics, community welfare organizations, etc. Through his honest and sincere efforts to bring interesting facts and information to light, today his newspaper is read by a wide segment of people in the North East Valley area. At present, it has an average of 5,000 readers every other week for the hard-copy edition and 4-5,000 readers a day on its Facebook site.
For his stupendous work as the editor of “The Foothills Paper”, David DeMulle was recently honored with the Certificate of Appreciation from the City of Los Angeles and the Seventh Council District on the newspaper's tenth year anniversary. The Certificate was presented to him by Councilman Felipe Fuentes, who is a respected member of the Los Angeles City Council from the 7th district.
Apart from successfully operating his newspaper, David DeMulle has done a lot more in the last ten years. For instance, he has written and published ten technical and non-technical books. Prior to starting his newspaper, he served as a Contributing Editor for the American Ordnance Association magazine and for three more magazines in the field of Toner Cartridge Re-manufacturing.
David was also a Subject Specialist for the local OSHA office with the field of Sidero-silicosis and toner migration. He filed for, and received a patent filing, for the only EPA/AQMD permitted Waste Toner Catalytic Converter in California. Currently, he is studying the use of cryogenic crystallization for zonal molecular disintegration of lead bearing glass structures. Besides his current project and newspaper, it is his social work that takes up most of his time.
