Conflict of self interest
“We have some members who have not completely let Jesus into their lives. And I
understand that for some it may be difficult to do all at once, but we really need to get Jesus and the holy spirit into their lives.”
“We have grown comfortable with our size and the idea of becoming a bigger
organization and letting those new people in with our friends doesn’t appeal to us very much. But we mustn't forget who we are. We are Christ’s ambassadors and it is our
job to let people in and to guide them towards the holy spirit.”
“When I came to Chi Alpha and gave my life to the Lord, everything changed and I met a
group of people that really do care about me. We’re not like a group of people, we’re
like a family.”
