Piyush Enterprises laid the first pavement block of Piyush Group. It was started as a registered partnership firm which has expanded significantly and Piyush enterprises is now Piyush Infratech Pvt.Ltd.

In 1994, he ventured Piyush Enterprises, a partnership

firm. When Piyush enterprises started working on irrigation

projects, very few companies were working in Marathawada

region in this sector of construction industry. So, even with very

less available experienced resources, he was able to achieve

targets of successfully completing the projects in hand and keep

his commitments.

With good rapport of project accomplishment in

Irrigation & Water Resources Department of Maharashtra state,

he gradually moved to well sized projects including pump houses,

barrages, earthen dams, bridges , Canals, Railway over bridges &

Railway lines. He has achieved a bench mark by accomplishing

on 25% of barrages built on major and very important river

Godavari in Maharashtra, 3 out of 12 and 2 more are in progress

out of which one is on Godavari River and

other is on Mahanadi River in Chhattisgarh.

Considering Construction project requirements, he

also initiated another venture Piyush Structural Engineers

Private Limited which deals exclusively with mechanical

and fabrication work complementing projects undertaken by

Piyush group.

On the other hand, real estate acquiring and

trading is another area of his keen interest, he initiated

Piyush Realtor Private Limited company for the same.

While working on Irrigation and Water Resources

Department projects, he had also been involved in acquiring

land and selling it.

With excellent project management and cost

planning abilities aided with good liasoning skills, he has

evolved from a small sized project construction firm to a

reputed brand in construction industry. He is now being ably

supported by his well educated son Mr. Piyush Panhale who

has completed his M.S from USA in Construction

Management.

Founder, Ambitious, Visionary Chairman & Managing Director of Piyush Group of Companies. He is a Electrical

Engineering graduate from renowned Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad (MH) INDIA. After graduating in

year 1982, he started his career by securing a job in Maharashtra State Electricity Board . Leaving job profile after few

months he started taking up small sized civil contracts in Aurangabad region and acquired vast experience of civil projects

during this tenure.

Highly educated, enthusiastic, techno savvy and matured second generation leadership for Piyush Group of companies.

After completing graduation in Mechanical Engineering from renowned Pune University, he proceeded to Detroit MI,

USA for higher studies in Civil Engineering with Construction Management as opted area of expertise, in that, he has

gathered knowledge base of various important aspects in construction industry like financial reporting and analysis for

projects, integrated construction project management, facilities management, etc.

While undergoing education, he was closely

associated with Piyush group activities and have assisted his

father Mr. Pralhad Panhale, Chairman and Managing Director of

Piyush group in number of major and minor projects. Besides this,

he has his expertise in developing well planned Project Schedules

for execution and monitoring them closely till their completion.

Being educated in Mechanical Engineering as well

as Civil Engineering which are complimentary industries in

themselves, he has knowledge base of both the engineering

disciplines to devise the required footsteps for successful project

accomplishment. Automating construction business using cutting

edge tools and apparatus is his another area of expertise which

benefits Piyush group to finish projects within time limits with

confirming benchmark quality standards.

After completion of M.S. he did internship in Wayne

State University as Project Manager in Facilities Planning &

Management department; in that he handled various ongoing

projects and he was recognized for his outstanding contribution in

his department.

Under the mentorship of Senior Director

Mr. Michael Colburn he took the detailed knowledge of project

planning, execution and Completion in given deadlines.

As an Executive Director of Piyush Group, he is

shouldering and responsible for the overall management of

ongoing projects and completing them in stipulated time. His

keen attitude while executing a project always motivates team

to maintain quality and workflow while achieving desire goals

in stipulated time.

Apart from this, he has his interest in photography and

loves to spend spare time in traveling, has roamed around the

world with same passion.

This group company has expanded the activities and goals initially taken up by Piyush Enterprises.

It can be said that Piyush Enterprises has been transformed to Piyush Infratech Private Limited. It has

started with small sized projects related with infrastructures like earthen dams, K T weirs and LMI

projects. Good accomplishment and timely delivery earned it a good rapport of project completion

amongst its clients. So, it was well set to undertake well sized projects including barrages, bridges,

Railway Over Bridges, Lift Irrigation Schemes etc. Piyush Infratech continued its positive approach and

deliver project with superior quality and commitment.

Godavari river is one of the major river flowing through Maharashtra, it has 13 water barrages in total,

remarkably 3 out of them have been accomplished successfully and 4 th is in completion stage by

Piyush group, totaling 6,00,000 cubic meters of concrete work. Now, company has undertaken a major

project in Chhattisgarh state which has around 5,50,000 cubic meter concrete, which alone is almost

equivalent to 4 projects done on Godavari river.

This reflects ever progressive leap stepping of the company, expanding bounds and reach every moment.

Company has acquired 2 wind mills of 1.25 M.W. and supplying electricity to government of Maharashtra

since last 8 years. Company plans to expand its projects in wind power, solar power, thermal power &

hydro power projects.

for allotment criteria. It has strong pre-qualifying assets in its order book. Up till now, company was

majorly working with government infrastructures, now company is also eying towards commercial,

company. Objective of this company includes producing required metal based structures using

cutting edge fabrication technologies. Particularly, projects taken by the group related with Dams

& barrages etc. needs strong fabrication support in overall infrastructure development life cycle.

Need of isolating this division to form a company itself explains its significance. Over the period,

8000 ton of fabrication work in the form of mechanical gates has been completed successfully

under ongoing barrage projects & now 10,000 ton fabrication in progress.
