ZaslavlEnergo LLC was founded in 2009 as an enterprise for the supply of

components for the power industry of the Republic of Belarus.

In 2010, the company opened manufacturing line of products for the

power engineering of the Republic of Belarus. Coordinated teamwork,

continual improvement, competent technical staff. These qualities allowed

ZaslavlEnergo to produce products of plastics, rubber products, metal

products, and silicone products. One of the main products of polyamide

(plastics) is the cable clamps. More than 1 000 000 cable clamps were

sold in the Republic of Belarus.

In 2014, the Company began delivery of the cable clamps on the markets

in neighboring countries. Primarily this is the Russian Federation,

Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

In 2016, ZaslavlEnergo opened a new direction for the production of the

cable shelves, racks, cable trays made of fiberglass.

Due to high quality of product and prompt delivery, ZaslavlEnergo has

established itself as a reliable and rapid supplier for companies such as:

Installation the cables with XLPE insulation must be carried out with a rigid

type of fixing from non-magnetic material. The cable is subject to dynamic

loading. If the cable is properly secured with a cable clamp, damage to the

sheath and cable insulation is excluded.


Fiberglass Reinforced Polyamide

Fiberglass Reinforced Polyamide is a composite material made of a

polymer matrix reinforced with fibers. It features increased strength,

resistance to impact loads, chemical inertness, which makes it oil and

petrol resistant.

Cable clamps produced by

ZaslavlEnergo are designed

to fix, retain and support

cables. In case of short-

circuit faults, correct

clamping will keep the

cables in place during the

fault and enable the circuit

to be restored once the fault

has been repaired.

Our cable clamps are

made for fixing of all types

one cable (single- and

multi-conductor cables) as

well as cable clamps for

triangle formation of single-

core cables. They are also

fit for tubes and hydraulic

pipes.



The range of the ZaslavlEnergo

cable clamps goes from Ø 1x20

mm up to 3x120 mm.

Cable clamps are produced from

high-quality virgin raw polyamide,

fiberglass-reinforced material. The

material is environmentally friendly

and is recyclable.

Also ZaslavlEnergo is ready to

make cable clamps and other

products (from polyamide,

reinforced with fiberglass),

according to the clients

specification.

The product has been designed so that with the maximum cable diameters

for this type of fastenings, the upper and lower parts are in constant

engagement, which reduces bending loads on the fastening element and

thereby increases the overall strength of the entire structure to mechanical

loads when short-circuit currents occur.

• The mechanical strength of the cable clamp allows fastening it to the

support surface with a single bolt of the clamp. The second bolt is

used only to connect the cover to the base of the clamp.
