Expectations from the LGU

• Share in the vision of “No Filipino youth left behind” – Walang Kabataang Filipino na ma.

• Adopt Abot-Alam as the LGU’s program for OSYs in partnership with DepEd.

• Provide leadership, with support from the local DepEd, to the Abot-Alam local alliance

• Mandate the barangays to gather data based on Abot-Alam template/format

• Allocate and mobilize resources• Undertake local level advocacy campaign to generate support

for the program
