• The policy places significant weight on the use of Whole Life Costing

1.Establish a corporate group to move the Policy forward

2.Raise awareness of the Policy amongst relevant Council staff and suppliers

3. Initiate a number of pilot sustainable purchasing projects (paper, timber and printer issues)

4.Develop a longer term Sustainable Purchasing Strategy
