Bolts And Blip is a comic action adventure set on the moon in 2080. It follows two central city misfits, Bolts and Blip, who accidentally find themselves as members of the Lunar League’s last placed team THE THUNDERBOLTS. With the help of their rag-tag band of teammates, the two friends discover what they are made of in this intergalactic sports circuit.

Episode 1: Moon Units – Monday July 5 at 6.30amTwo best friends, Bolts and Blip are accidentally drafted into the Lunar League as Battle-Bots. They attempt to fit in as the newest team-members of the last placed Thunderbolts. They must first do battle against the unstoppable All-Stars, led by the famous Tigrr Jaxxon. Can these two misfits make it in the Lunar League and change the Thunderbolts’ losing ways?

Episode 2: Move It or Lose It – Tuesday July 6 at 6.30amBolts and Blip finally become Lunar League super-stars finding fame and fortune on the battle field with their new ‘signature move’. Bolts and Blip temporarily move into Welder’s apartment, and party it up with their fans in their new digs. The Lunar League fans begin to tire of their ‘signature move’ and the duo split apart as they argue over who is the team’s true creative genius. Only Saedee can reunite these two ex-best friends and get them to play together again as a team in the Thunderbolts.

The Slammer is a variety children’s show set in a fictitious prison for entertainers. The inmates are given the chance to earn their freedom by performing to a panel of children in the ‘Freedom Show’. The children are asked to score each act and the winner is allowed to walk free. The Slammer is hosted by ‘The Governor’ (Ted Robbins) who always wears a white suit with a golden bow tie, and fulfils his duties by hosting the Freedom Show and occasionally quizzing audience members about their views on the ‘Performing Prisoners’.

Episode 1- Wednesday 7th July at 7.05pm Welcome to The Slammer, a prison for entertainers. The four acts chosen to perform for their freedom in front of a live studio audience are a human horn-o-phone, a contortionist, a troupe of acrobats and Peter (Dave Chapman) and Titch. Who will be set free from The Slammer? Will Peter be able to secure his freedom and stop his mouth from moving when his puppet speaks?

Episode 2 - Thursday 8th July at 7.05pmThe race is on to snap showbiz legend Keith Harris out of a mysterious trance, in time to perform on the Freedom Show with his sidekick Orville the duck. Peter and his cellmate Melvin Odoom, whose act went badly wrong in front of ‘none other than the Queen’ and has since suffered from seemingly incurable stage-fright, take it upon themselves to help Keith out. Will Keith and Orville make it to Showtime? Also appearing are a Bollywood dancer, a football freestyler and Mr Methane.

Dance Academy

This high energy teen drama follows six teenagers attending the National Academy of Dance. They’re young, beautiful and have one year to prove their worth.

Seen through the eyes of Tara Webster (Xenia Goodwin) this isn’t just about tutus and pointe shoes. This is the year Tara will leave her home on the farm and be tested not only on her abilities to dance but to love, build friendships, celebrate triumphs and endure disappointments.

When Tara enters the Academy she meets an eclectic group of dancers she will spend the rest of the year with. There is carefree Kat Karamakov (Alicia Banit) who couldn’t care less about ballet, Kat’s brother Ethan (Tim Pocock), the golden boy of the Academy, Abigail Armstrong (Dena Kaplan) the best dancer in Tara’s year, Sammy Liberman (Tom Green) the Jewish boy with more girls as friends then boys and Christian Reed (Jordan Rodrigues), an adrenalin junkie who likes skateboards more than ballet.

Relationships will grow and change as they live side by side in the Academy’s boarding house. They’ll each take a different path, but they’ll start to find out who they are and they’ll all dare to chase their dreams.

Episode 1: ‘Learning To Fly’

Country-girl Tara Webster travels to Sydney to audition for the prestigious National Academy of Dance. It’s a tumultuous week as she realises her dream of becoming a dancer is going to be a lot more difficult, and humiliating, than she ever anticipated.
