80s, however, many reports have come across stating that this would be an above average
summer in regards to temperature due to the La Nina. Attendees and other visitors are
encouraged to wear comfortable shoes, make appropriate use of sunscreen, and to stay
hydrated by consumption of water and non-caffeinated beverages.
Attendees and other visitors on medications should bring enough medication for the
duration of the visit, and as a precaution, are encouraged to carry the day’s medications
with them. Attendees and other visitors with medical conditions are encouraged to keep a
list containing their medical conditions, medications taken (including dosage and
frequency), and physician’s telephone numbers readily identifiable on their cell phone or
on their person.
For more detailed information, please visit https://www.ready.gov.

which will affect airport operations in the area and will restrict certain types of flight
operations. Flights within certain areas will be subject to increased security procedures.

operations in the area or contact a Flight Service Station at 1-800-992-7433 to check for
all current NOTAMs.

service on buses, Paratransit vehicles and trains. Staff will be prepared to increase that
level on traditional rail and commuter routes to serve individuals who are not regular RTA
customers.
Due to road closures and parking restrictions, customers are encouraged to take
advantage of RTA's 6,000 free parking spaces at rail stations and use the Rapid to get to

Cleveland Points of Interest From the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce
Grit meets sophistication in a town where you can browse modern art inside a turn-
of-the-century transformer station, hear the orchestra perform live inside the local
hot dog joint and chow down on pierogi stuffed with beef cheek.
Major Attractions: Once you’ve checked The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum
off the to-do list, what’s next? You can head to Cedar Point Amusement Park or the
Cleveland Aquarium. What better way to celebrate Christmas in July than a visit to
“A Christmas Story” House. Cleveland is home to world class markets, museums,
gardens, and you may be able to catch a ball game with the Cleveland Indians.
Neighborhoods: A quick drive from downtown, Cleveland neighborhoods are home
to some of the city’s best restaurants, bars and nightlife. They also give visitors a
better chance to mix with locals (who aren’t on their lunch breaks), and see what
our houses and churches look like, from the photogenic St. Theodosius in Tremont
to Tudor mansions in Cleveland Heights, and Victorian beauties in Ohio City.
Downtown Cleveland: Downtown includes several distinct neighborhoods where
visitors can find hotels, restaurants, bars, nightlife and architectural delights. Use
the quick guide below to learn about each area of Downtown Cleveland so you can
easily plan your journey from one adventure to the next.
North Coast Harbor: North Coast Harbor includes Cleveland's most notable
attractions. The I.M. Pei-designed Rock and Roll Hall of Fame & Museum, Great
Lakes Science Center and FirstEnergy Stadium, home of the Cleveland Browns, sit
side-by-side along Lake Erie. Voinovich Bicentennial Park juts into the harbor off
East 9th Street Pier and makes for impressive skyline photo ops. The area becomes
a hotspot of activity during football games and summer events.
East 4th Street: With its strings of overhead light bulbs, patio seating and ever-
present street life, pedestrian-friendly East 4th Street exudes a come-hither draw
that's hard to ignore. The New York Times called it a "prime example of 21st-
century urban redevelopment in the Midwest." Most of you are far too jaded to be
impressed…
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame: The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum tracks
the evolution of this musical and cultural phenomenon through more than 50
exhibits. There’s Janis Joplin’s psychedelic Porsche, Michael Jackson’s sparkly
glove, the awning from CBGB’s, the scribbled lyrics of ideas that morphed into
classics, and dozens and dozens of iconic instruments.
NFL Hall of Fame: For those who watch football, play football and otherwise bleed
football, life won’t be complete without a trip to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in
Canton, OH. We’re not kidding around here. This newly expanded and renovated
facility is the gridiron mothership, the mecca of pigskin and the ultimate homage to
America’s favorite pastime.
Cleveland Museum of Art: CMA, as locals call it, consistently ranks as one of the
best comprehensive art museums in the United States. The museum owns about
45,000 objects including soothing lily pad oils by Monet, ancient hot bod Grecian
statues and “stained glass window” collages made of real butterfly wings. A new
glass-covered atrium now connects the museum’s original 1916 Neo Classical
building with the modern wings.
