    Tips - Defrost product in the fridge. Allow meat to temper 1-3 hours before cooking at roomtemperature depending on its size. Preheat the oven at 180-200 degrees celcius. Let the cooked roastrest at least 10 minutes before carving to let the juices settle

    Glazing Ham - Remove skin and score fat. Mix 1/2 cup of honey with 3/4 cup of brown sugar. Warmuntil sugar has melted. Add one teaspoon of mustard and 1/2 cup of orange juice. Pre-heat oven to 200

    degrees celcius, baste ham and place in oven, basting regularly for about 30 minutes. When it is out ofthe oven, decorate with glazed fruit, cloves, star anis and bay leaves etc.
