as #r%nc%#al for the %m#lementat%on of the Arter%al 8oad -%n+s Develo#ment $ro9ect 6$hase * onthe terms and cond%t%ons set forth %n the -oan Agreement and %n accordance '%th the relevantla's and reg&lat%ons of "a#an.
