Fees in addton to the nitia fee pad at the time you made the request are calculated in accordance wth Schedule 2 of the FOP Regulaton. Based on this the fee for providing the records you have requested is estmated to be $16310 A further breakdown of this calcuation is enclosed Under secton 14 of the FOP Regulation, upon issung this fee estmate, processing of your request ceases unt we receive your agreement to pay and a deposit of at least 50 per cent of the fee estmate ($815.50) Cheques may be made payable to the Government of Alberta Please send your reply and deposit directly to me at 3 rd Floor Commerce Place, 10155102 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, TJ 4L4 You have 20 days from the date of this letter to ether provide the required deposit or modify the request to change the amount of fees assessed, therefore we require your response by July 2016 or the FOP request will be cosed.
