Summary:

In my assignment I am making two advertisements out of which one is video adds

on our beautiful country India describing its rich heritage and beauty and the

second one is related to the importance of keeping hands clean. The advertisements

are made will full hard work and creativity«.showing the reason for effectiveness

of our ad... And ineffectiveness of the previous one«..

Introduction to 1st

advertisement:

Before continuing the description about my first advertisement lets me describe in

 brief about India.

INDIA:

India, officially the Republic of India (Hindi: ), is a country in

South Asia. It is the seventh-largest country by geographical area, the second-most

 populous country with over 1.18 billion people, and the most populous democracy

in the world. Mainland India is bounded by the Indian Ocean on the south, the

Arabian Sea on the west, and the Bay of Bengal on the east; and it is bordered by

Pakistan to the west; China, Nepal, and Bhutan to the north; and Bangladesh and

Burma to the east. India is in the vicinity of Sri Lanka and the Maldives in the

Indian Ocean, it¶s Andaman and Nicobar Islands are also in the vicinity of the

Indonesian island of Sumatra in the Andaman Sea, and in the Andaman Sea India

also share a maritime border with Thailand. India has a coastline of 7,517

kilometers (4,700 mi).

Home to the ancient Indus Valley Civilization and a region of historic trade routes

and vast empires, the Indian subcontinent was identified with its commercial and

cultural wealth for much of its long history. Four major religions, Hinduism,

Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism originated here, while Zoroastrianism, Judaism,

Christianity and Islam arrived in the first millennium CE and shaped the region's

diverse culture. Gradually annexed by the British East India Company from the

early eighteenth century and colonized by the United Kingdom from the mid-

nineteenth century, India became an independent nation in 1947 after a struggle for 

independence that was marked by widespread non-violent resistance.

India is a federal constitutional republic with a parliamentary democracy consisting

of 28 states and seven union territories. A pluralistic, multilingual and multiethnic

society, India is also home to a diversity of wildlife in a variety of protected

habitats. The Indian economy is the world's eleventh largest economy by nominal

GDP and the fourth largest by purchasing power parity. Since the introduction of 

market-based economic reforms in 1991, India has become one of the fastest

growing major economies in the world; however, it still suffers from poverty,

illiteracy, corruption, disease, and malnutrition. India is classified as a newly

industrialized country and is one of the four BRIC nations. It is a nuclear weaponsstate and has the third-largest standing armed force in the world. While its military

expenditure ranks tenth in the world. It is a founding member of the United

 Nations, the East Asia Summit, the South Asian Association for Regional

Cooperation and the Non-Aligned Movement and a member of the Commonwealth

of Nations and the G-20 major economies.

About 1st

add:

So here in this add I first took a clip regarding incredible India«..where I need to

see the advertisement of how are they trying to promote India«but I found I was

not too impressed by that add««so here is the add which I took«..

Incredible India(if it doesn¶t opens please refer video 1)

Disadvantages:

y  India heritage was not much focused upon.

y  There was no specification why tourist should visit India.

y  Specification of its culture, dances, and creativeness was not much focused

upon.

y  India¶s beautiful climates were also not mentioned.

y  In short. I was not able to find the reason why one should come to India,

 because this adds showed us the same that we can find in other countries too.

y  In the race of adopting western culture they forgot their own

culture«..which i believed was not good.

y  They showed bars, clubs, parties«.this can be found at any country but the

actual things that differentiate India from other countries was not shown.

y  In brief, there was no representation of India¶s beauty««

So here is my representation given with the help of ppt (Incredible India). Giving a

very pleasant background music with all the beauties of India«.also showing that

how is India different from other countries«.the visual display will once for sure

will attract all the tourists to come and analyze its beauty.

advertisement:

This idea is on print advertisement related to hand wash«.the importance of 

keeping your hands clean«

Keeping hands clean is one of the most important steps we can take to avoid

getting sick and spreading germs to others. Many diseases and conditions are

spread by not washing hands with soap and clean, running water. However, if soap

and clean water are not accessible, as is common in many parts of the world, use

soap and available water or an alcohol-based product containing at least 60%

alcohol to clean hands.

So I found this current issue as this is to be done among children as well as

everyone to remove this problem«.

The print add which I had taken as ineffective is because when I saw that add it

was me a nasty and horrible feeling. I felt like to puke«so when we consider for 

most of the people seeing this type of add will try to avoid it«as they will feel that

it spoil mood«..and (pata naisubahasubahakyadekhliyaaise hi dimaagkharab

ho gya«..). So they try to avoid that no one may feel that«in case the awareness

for this fails. So in order to make it better so that parents may also make aware

their child that if you will not wash if hands this will happen.

This was the advertisement which I found ineffective because it doesn¶t makes feel

good and is not much clear and attractive for children that they may notice this.
