My dad called me. He sounded really concerned when he did. He asked where I was, I told him I thought

my arm was broken, and then he found me and we walked back to the car and then we drove to the

hospital.

Form 4: Voicemail

Hey mom! It’s me. So, earlier today I was on the trail with dad and I fell off when I was going around the

corner. I pressed on the brakes, nothing happened, and I was a goner! Luckily dad found me and we

walked back to the car with the bikes and now we’re at the hospital. I just got it all patched up. Oh yeah,

my arm is broken! I’m sorry. That’s the third time isn’t it?
