§Four depot chargers (4x$15k=$60k) + one en-route charger ($300k) = $360,000 equipment cost, plus installation

• TriMet is interested in PGE installing, owning, and maintaining bus charging infrastructure, BUT needs FTA to amend the terms of the (not yet final) grant.

• Opportunity to electrify routes that benefit low-income riders and communities

Electric Mass Transit 2.0

• TriMet is interested in electrifying their entire fleet, but needs to test drive the technology.

• Federal Transit Administration awarded TriMet $3.4M to purchase 4 electric buses and bus charging stations.
