ANTIARMOR LEADERS COURSE (AALC) The Anti-armor Leader's course is performance oriented and upon completion, the soldier will be able to perform the tasks necessary for proficiency at skill level 1 through 4. You must bring a completed Unit Pre-Execution Checklist signed by the soldier and the Unit Commander. You must meet physical standards prescribed by AR 350-41 and AR 600-9 and must maintain those standards throughout the duration of training. ORDERS: Your orders are the responsibility of your unit. Please ensure you bring five copies of your orders with you. To assist your unit in publishing your orders, be sure to inform them that government meals and quarters will be provided and you will not need a rental car. Do not travel in your BDU's/ACU's. The uniform for commercial air transportation is proper civilian attire. Your return flight should depart no earlier than 1000 hours on return flight. We will provide transportation from Little Rock Airport to Camp J.T. Robinson and return. If you require transportation from the airport, check outside the baggage claim area for our bus. If it is not there call us from the courtesy phone by the information booth. The phone number is 212-5591. Report to building 17500 one day prior to start date. There is a Troop Medical Clinic at Camp J.T. Robinson. We conduct sick call daily. Bring your medical records. Prescription drugs are not available at Camp J.T. Robinson. UNIFORM/EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: You will need all of the items on the list. Contact your unit to get equipment/clothing you are short. You can count on cold weather in Arkansas during the months of November thru April. If you are coming during the winter months please be sure you are issued cold weather clothing from your unit. We will not be able to issue any clothing here. It will be up to your unit to provide you with proper military clothing to allow you to train in adverse weather. DO NOT bring weapons or pyro to this course. This includes knives with a blade longer than four inches.

You will not report to the course with a temporary profile or a permanent profile that limits your ability to walk, lift, stand, carry, march, etc. Physical training will be conducted daily by all students in this course. It would be to your benefit to develop a personal training program to prepare you for the physical demands of this course. The uniform for PT is the issued physical fitness uniform (PFU) ensemble and running shoes. The only other authorized uniform is the BDU/ACU trousers with undershirt or BDU/ACU shirt and running shoes.
