TO C01~UUIDING OFFICER, Station 128, APO . 557~ U. S. Army. (Thru Lt. Col. B. K. Voorhees and Lt. Col. A. C. Brooks.)
1. Lt. Byrd, Pilot, A/C 496: "most of crew mad gas pains as a result of the breakfast". Gunners want P-51' s to act more 1 ike friendly fighters. P-51 1 s were observed to queue up at 10 o'clock.
2. Lt .. Taylor, l.avigator, A/C 069 sug;ests a piece of cloth on flak suit to which oxygen hose could be attached.
3. Lt. Livingstone's crew state tnat mission was excellent ~om the standpoint of navit:ation and bomb lead.
4. Lt. C.L. ilson's crew said they had too long a wait for trans~ortation after landing.

6. Lt. Hirsch, /c 521: "not briefed on a secondary target 11 o
7. Lt. Shaw, A/C 847 thinks formation flowx1 too fast ana let-dawn too fast.
8. S/Sgt Sellitto , A/C 622: ''formation of low squadron was poor, breakfast was poor too".
9. Lt. J,effery, A/C 891 : "mission was well led, good evasive action". All crew members state that they were second to land but last to get transportation.
10. Capt. J.uaupin , A/C 511 stated that rege.rdless of ro1lte and turns near tar~et area, a definite point along route should he designated for the boxes within wins to take interval. Today uncovering was a.one 1auch too soon resulting in wing formation being broken up and vulnerable for too long a period.
