Students will use the Registration Key found on the bottom half of the attendance record to access the online application.

MCVSD Application ProceduresMCVSD Application ProceduresThe Registration Keys are non-
transferable and if the code used does not belong to the applicant who received it, the applications of all parties involved will be rejected.
Student will need school counselor/principal email address
Counselor/Principal will receive an email with username and password
School transcript and counselor/principal form online and submitted by the school
MCVSD Application RemindersMCVSD Application RemindersEighth grade students will receive a
registration form at the last scheduled session. It is your responsibility fill out the registration form and to turn it in.It is the record of attendance
Students in attendance who are not in eighth grade must attend another open house as an eighth grade student.
