Annchanted Annergy Fan Club Membership Terms and Conditions Interested persons are advised to read and agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding to apply to be a member. Incomplete forms will be rejected and make void. The decision of the status of the membership made by MEST shall be final and conclusive.  Joining Us  There are a total of 4 steps to complete registration. The first step is to read the terms and conditions and to agree to it, second step is to select whether you’re applying for a membership or renewing a membership, third step is to enter your contact/personal details into the Registration Form, with fourth step being making payment online. Membership applications are only available through www.annkok.org/join-us.html .  To keep things organised, we will NOT accept other methods such as writing us an email. However, we will provide you with the link to tell you to apply on our website. Membership Fees Memberships are divided into two categories, namely Local and Overseas. Local Membership is applicable to Singapore and West Malaysia residents only. First time full membershi p fee would be SGD$38 which is inclusive of the registration fee ($8) and deposit ($10). The full membership fee is not inclusive of an AAFC tee ($18) and a stamp card ($0.20) whic h all local member s have to purchase (both the items). Full payment can be made via our Web site online or through other methods. It is to be made upon collection. Overseas Membership is applicable to all other residents who are not residing in Singap ore or West Malay sia. First time membershi p woul d be SGD$43 which is inclusive of the registration fee ($8) and deposit ($10). The full membership fee is not inclusive of an AAFC tee ($18) - which is an optional purchase for overseas members – and a stamp card ($0.20) which is a compulsory purchase for overseas members. Full payment can be made via our Web site online or through other methods. It is to be made upon collection. All additional charges such as bank and delivery charges are to be borne by overseas members. Replacement of tees and stamp cards will cost $18 and $0.20 respectively. MEST strongly encourages you to purchase two stamp cards just in case you run out of slots to stamp on. Deposit All new members have to pay a deposit of SGD$10. The deposit will be returned to you once you quit or leave Annchanted Annergy. In some cases, the deposit will NOT be returned to you. Such cases include being expelled from our AAFC due to any misconduct, violation of any terms and conditions, breaking any rules and regulations during events, gatherings, etc. You cannot get back your deposit until you leave AAFC.

 Joining Us

Membership Fees

Replacement of tees and stamp cards will cost $18 and $0.20 respectively.

MEST strongly encourages you to purchase two stamp cards just in case you runout of slots to stamp on.

Deposit

All new members have to pay a deposit of SGD$10. The deposit will be returnedto you once you quit or leave Annchanted Annergy. In some cases, the deposit willNOT be returned to you. Such cases include being expelled from our AAFC due toany misconduct, violation of any terms and conditions, breaking any rules and

regulations during events, gatherings, etc. You cannot get back your deposit untilyou leave AAFC.

Membership Renewal

Members are strongly advised to renew their memberships. All memberships willexpire one year from the date joined or the date renewed. MEST will notify you viaemail one week before your membership is going to expire. The renewal period isfrom one week before the membership expiry date to two weeks after themembership expiry date.

If you failed to renew your membership within that period, please provide validreasons (or just one valid reason) why you are unable to renew your membership.If we are convinced by your reason, we will extend the renewal period by oneweek (depending on your situation). Please tell us beforehand.

 The complete membership fee for renewal is SGD$23 for local members. The feeis inclusive of the renewal fee ($3). As for overseas members, the completemembership fee for renewal is SGD$28. It is also inclusive of the renewal fee ($3).Subsequently in the following years, the fees will be the amount stated above.

 To renew your membership, you must have at least 40% of the max number of stamps given out from the day when you register/renew to the expiry date.

*Fees may change without prior notice. 

Cancellation of Membership

If you have ever wanted to leave Annchanted Annergy – we hope you don’t – dueto personal reasons, you can always cancel your membership. Simply email to theMembership & Engagement sub-team and we will cancel the membership for you. The deposit will be refunded to you. If you quit/leave within two weeks you lastpaid or renewed your membership, full membership fees will refunded to you.

Inactive Members

Please e-mail the reasons why you will be inactive for the following days ormonths to MEST. MEST will review your reasons and once the reasons areapproved, we will add a remark to our private data spreadsheet. The maximumnumber of days one can stay inactive is 90. If you failed to provide reasons or thenumber of days you stay inactive is more than 90, you will automatically beexpelled without prior notice. We will then send a notification email to youpertaining to this.

Financial Assistance Scheme

If you require any financial assistance or feel that you meet the requirements of applying for the FAS, please contact MEST to inform us that you need help inpaying the fees. Members under the FAS will enjoy the following benefits: no needto pay deposit and 50% off the full membership fees.

 The following are the requirements & documents you must attach to prove thatyou’re eligible of applying for the FAS.

1. Must be a Singapore citizen (Any document to prove that you’re aSingaporean)

2. Must be at least 21 years old (Any document to prove that you’re 21 andabove)

3. Salary is below $1,100 per month (Any document to prove that your salary isbelow $1,100 per month)

Terms & Conditions

All members of Annchanted Annergy regardless whether you are in theManagement Team or not are to abide by the rules and regulations listed by theManagement Team. Violations of these rules and regulations would mean thetermination or even suspension of one’s membership. Annchanted Annergywithholds the final decision of the membership status.

By joining Annchanted Annergy, applicants agree to provide true and accurateinformation required by the online application form in step 3. False informationwould revoke the membership.

Rules and Regulations

1. Members are required to pay the annual membership fees as stated in themembership section.

2. Annchanted Annergy Fan Club Tee is a ‘must-have’ for local members andoptional for overseas members.

3. Club membership is non-transferable.4. Members are to be responsible for all activities and abide by the safety

regulations listed by EOM during events.5. Members are to conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner and

Annchanted Annergy would not be held liable for misconduct.6. Members would need to abide by the stamp system of Annchanted Annergy.7. Members would have to follow the instructions given by the In-Charge during

events. Failure to do so would mean validation of the membership.8. Members are not allowed to distribute exclusive materials to the public

without approval.9. Annchanted Annergy Fan Club reserves the right to amend the terms and

conditions as well as the rules and regulations as they see fit.

Modes of Payment

Annchanted Annergy currently allows 4 modes of payment. They are eitherthrough meet-ups privately, gatherings/meetings or during any other events,bank transfer or cheque, or lastly via PayPal or credit cards.

For other modes of payment please contact the Community Management sub-team at [email protected], with “MBS Payment Modes” as the subject title.

  There shall be no refund should membership be terminated by membersvoluntarily or due to misconduct of the member. “No-refund” policy also appliesto members who cancel their membership after two weeks they renewed orregistered.

Stamp System

Under the new stamp system, members would be entitled to a stamp for eachevent participated. This would include gatherings and even meetings or any otherevents hosted by Annchanted Annergy. Online activities are NOT counted.Additional stamps would be awarded to members should they (non-AAMTmembers) volunteer to help out during events hosted by Annchanted Annergy.

 This is only applicable when the AAMT is calling for some help. Members wouldneed to obtain at least 35% of the maximum number of stamps given out before

their memberships expire in order to renew their memberships (this being arequirement of membership renewal). Failure to do so may result in termination of membership or even expulsion may take place.

For some particular events, the number of stamps awarded is higher. The eventsare Ann Kok’s birthday celebrations and Star Awards ceremony (if Ann is

nominated). These two events will gain you two stamps each if you attend both.

 The stamps can also be used to exchange for merchandise.

Privacy Statement

Annchanted Annergy will respect the privacy of members. No disclosure of personal details of ‘Member’ is to be revealed (even to Ann Kok) unless requiredby the law or when there is a necessary requirement of such action. ‘Member’acknowledges and agrees that Annchanted Annergy Fan Club neither endorsesthe contents of any member’s communication nor assumes responsibility.Annchanted Annergy has all due respect to Ann Kok. This includes any decision(s)and/or action(s) that may protect Ann Kok from possible harm, defamation and/ornegative implication(s).

Termination of Membership

Annchanted Annergy may at its sole discretion terminate membership should‘Member’s’ conduct fail to be satisfactory. ‘Member’ can terminate theirmembership anytime by sending a letter of notification by writing [email protected]  with subject title ‘Membership Termination’. Members

are to state their membership number and reason to terminate membership, if any. Upon termination of membership, ‘Member’s’ rights to privileges ceases.

Description of Service

Annchanted Annergy Fan Club’s objective is to support the Singaporean celebrityAnn Kok, by aiding her in terms of her career and/or create possibly greaterawareness and/or generate deeper understanding of Ann Kok.

AAFC member enjoys the privilege of attending Annchanted Annergy’s organisedactivities and major events that Ann Kok also attends provided they fulfill theterms and conditions specified in each activity. Members are also given special

access to Annchanted Annergy website, forums, Facebook, private group forexclusive content, etc.

Once membership is processed, ‘Member’s’ forum rank/title will be changed toAAFC member. His/her will be added to the AAFC Facebook group.

NOTICE FOR MAJOR EVENTS TICKETING: Everyone is only entitled to one ticket. The acceptance of the ticket must be accepted by the person him/herself. No oneis allowed to take on behalf of the person; this applies to all including AAMTmembers. Anyone found breaching this term will term will be dealt with. Shouldthe person be unable to attend the event, he/she has to inform AAMT so that itcould be given to someone else.

Annchanted Annergy will not be held liable in any way for any accidents, deaths,injuries, property loss or damages involving any of our members/participants.Annchanted Annergy Fan Club reserves the rights to refuse participation toanyone for any unrevealed reasons.

Indemnification

‘Member’ agrees to indemnify and hold Annchanted Annergy Fan Club and theManagement Team harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonableattorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of ‘Member’s’ use of the service, the violation of these terms and conditions by ‘Member’, or theinfringement by ‘Member’ of any intellectual property or other right of any personor entity.

Participation in Promotions of Advertisers

‘Member’ may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions of theadvertisers showing their products on the service. Any such correspondence orpromotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services,and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated withsuch correspondence or promotions, are solely between the corresponding‘Member’ and the advertiser. Annchanted Annergy Fan Club assumes no liability,obligation or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion.

Annchanted Annergy reserves the right to reject any applicationsand to change the above terms and conditions at our solediscretion.
