History

• Aaditya Digitech was established in November 2013 by aditya parmar an electrical engineer from charotar university of science and technology.

• 1st application is CSPIT which is specially made for all engineering students of cspit college to provide day to day attandance sheet, circulars, syllabus, student achievements etc.

• 2nd application is Electrosource Ultimate which is specially made for all electrical engineers to help them in competitive exams by providing 1100+ mcqs, 250+ textbooks and reference books details, 70+ electrical community and circuit diagram websites. This application is also available in free version Electrosource Basic having certain limitations.

Marketing Plan• You have to publish Electrosource Ultimate application in market.• The commission you will get as described below.

• After 1000 installs you will get 28%. Fixed commission for every 100 installs without any time limit.

• If you complete 250 installs less than 1 month then per day bonus is 2% of your total payout for corresponding month.

• If you could not complete 250 installs for 1 month then reduction in your salary is per day 0.5% of your total payout for corresponding month.

501-750 20% 1 month

751-1000 25% 1 month

Example:• You have to publish Electrosource Ultimate app of 60 Rs.• If you start work from 18/5/2014 and if you give 1-250 installs on 18/6/2014,

you will get your total payout of 1500 rs.• Suppose you have completed 250 installs before 18/6/2014, means if you have

completed 250 installs on 17/6/2014 then you will get 2%(30 Rs) extra of your total payout and your payout will be 1530 Rs.

• If you have completed work on 16/6/2014 then you will get 2+2=4%(60 Rs) extra of your total payout and your total payout will be 1560 Rs. And Payout will be increasing 2% per day as you complete work earlier.

• Suppose you have not completed work on 18/6/2014 your payout will be reduced to 0.5%(7.5 Rs) of your total payout and your payout will be 1492.5 Rs.

• If you have delayed work for 2 days then your payout will be reduced to 0.5+0.5=1%(15 Rs.) of your total payout and your payout will be 1485 Rs.

And Payout will decrease 0.5% per day as you delay your work.
