NATURE INDIA SCIENCE COMMUNICATION WORKSHOPS

NATURE INDIA MEDIA FELLOWSHIPIn 2017 Nature India proudly partnered with TransDisciplinary University

(TDU) to launch its fi rst media fellowship dedicated to promote science

journalism in the country. The TDU-Nature India Media Fellowship for

Science Journalism was envisaged to provide science journalists the

opportunity to strengthen their professional acumen and generate interest

amongst them to look at issues from a scientifi c perspective.

The media fellows have the opportunity to interact closely with individuals

with scientifi c expertise from the university, Nature India, and international

organisations such as the United Nations Environment Programme and the

International Union for the Conservation of Nature.

The fellowship programme includes a three-day orientation workshop where the media fellows will be introduced to some of the university’s

research activities and have the opportunity to have one-on-one discussions with subject experts in their chosen topic and develop story ideas.

NATURE INDIA ABSTRACT BOOKSNature India works closely with conference teams in publishing proceedings

which cover Conference Abstracts, Speakers Biographies, Institute Profi les,

Sponsors Advertisements and a special Editorial by Nature India Editor.

This project of around 100 pages includes:• Content management

• Project management

• Editorial by Nature India editorial team

• Copy-editing, proof reading, quality check
