WARRANTY CONDITIONS GARANTIE BEDINGUNGEN

The warranty period is 24 months and begins withthe sale to the end user. The receipt must clearlylist the date of purchase and the part number, inaddition it should be printed. Keep the receipt forthe entire warranty period since it is required for allwarranty claims. During the warranty period the

defective items will be credited, repaired or replaced atour expense. Work carried out under the warrantyneither extends the warranty period nor starts anew warranty period. The manufacturer reservesthe right to void any warranty claim for damages ordefects due to misuse, abuse or external impact(falling down, impact, ingress of water, dust,contamination or break). Wearing parts (e.g.rechargeable batteries) are excluded from the

warranty. Upon receipt of the RMA goods, GembirdEurope B.V. reserves the right to choose betweenreplacement of defective goods or issuing a creditnote. The credit note amount will always be

calculated on the basis of the current market valueof the defective products

GARANTIE VOORWAARDEN CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE

De garantietermijn bedraagt 24 maanden en gaatin op de aankoopdatum van het product door deeindgebruiker. Op de aankoopbon moeten deaankoopdatum en productomschrijving duidelijkvermeld staan. Gelieve de aankoopbon de gehelegarantieperiode te bewaren, deze is ten alle tijdenbenodigd voor alle garantie aanspraken. Tijdens degarantieperiode zullen alle gebreken verholpen ofvervangen worden door Gembird d.m.v. reparatie,omruiling van het defecte onderdeel of het geheleapparaat. Aanspraken tijdens de garantieperiode

leiden niet tot verlenging hiervan.Garantieaanspraak vervalt bij schade of gebrekendie ontstaan zijn door oneigenlijk gebruik, misbruikof invloeden van buitenaf (vallen, stoten, water,stof, vuil of breken). Slijtagegevoelige onderdelen(b.v. batterijen) zijn uitgesloten van garantie. Bij

ontvangst van de RMA goederen behoudt Gembirdzich het recht om te kiezen tussen vervanging van

de defecte waren of het uitgeven van eenkreditnota. Het bedrag van de kreditnota zal altijdgecalculeerd zijn op basis van de huidige marktprijs

voor het defecte produkt.
