+, Remove blan?ing plug 567 from harging valve 587

-, $nstall the filling assembly 5M21:;<7 on the harging

valve 587 as follows9-

., Remove the plug 5>7

b, Move the wrenh 5:7 up the ?nurled shoulder 5;7

and install the filling assembly on the harging valve 587

c, Turn the ore 5@7 of the filling assembly lo?wise

with the ?nurled shoulder 5;7to install the seal 5=7 on the harging valve 587#

and slowly turn the wrenh

5:7 ounterlo?wise to open the harging valve 587

/, &ompress the sho? absorber as follows9., Move the wrenh 5:7 down

and release the nitrogen pressure#

b, )et the sho? absorber ompress ompletely#

c, When nitrogen pressure is released!

turn the wrenh 5:7 lo?wise to lose

the harging valve 587#

lo?wise to lose the harging valve 587#

Remove the filling assembly tool 5M21:;<7 from the

harging valve 587#

m7 Tighten the filling hose 5117 at the end fitting 527 and lose the

ontrol valve 51;7#

n7 Remove the bleed hose 51=7 and the bleed ontainer 51>7#
