George Robinson & George Nicheli A2 Media risk assessment This is our group risk assessment for when we start to film our music video for our A2 coursework. Our coursework will take place (at the moment) in two different locations: Riverside boat club and a small garden next to the great hall. Each one contains its own risk and they are as follow: The Boat club, 1. Has a risk of falling in the water by the river, 2. have to be careful and mindful of the boat club and the public as were we want to film is situated on a public footpath 3. The weather could turn soon meaning that we should bring clothes for all types of weather (within reason)/ check the weather forecast the day before. 4. Making sure that we don’t hurt our selves by slipping on any wet mud, as this could lead to injury by falling on the concrete or hyperthermia by falling in the water. 5. Damaging the local wildlife and scenery, meaning that we would have to be careful about where we film and make sure that we don’t ruin anything around the area that we are filming.

A2 Media risk assessment This is our group risk assessment for when we start to film our music video for our A2 coursework. Our coursework will take place (at the moment) in two different locations: Riverside boat club and a small garden next to the great hall. Each one contains its own risk and they are as follow:

The Boat club,

1. Has a risk of falling in the water by the river,2. have to be careful and mindful of the boat club and the public as were we

want to film is situated on a public footpath3. The weather could turn soon meaning that we should bring clothes for all

types of weather (within reason)/ check the weather forecast the day before.4. Making sure that we don’t hurt our selves by slipping on any wet mud, as this

could lead to injury by falling on the concrete or hyperthermia by falling in the water.

5. Damaging the local wildlife and scenery, meaning that we would have to be careful about where we film and make sure that we don’t ruin anything around the area that we are filming.

The Garden by the great hall

1. The biggest risk here is that we will fall over on the bricks or concrete and have a serious accident. To try and prevent this we will wear strong and protective shoes and try and to be carful about were we stand.

2. Another risk we could face would be accidentally breaking one of the windows near the garden, this would be bad for us as we would no longer be allowed to

film there. This would mean that we should not do anything stupid while we are over there.

3. A risk of filming of this location would be damaging the garden itself as reclus behaviour could mean that we damage the plants and trees, this wouldn’t put us in best of stead with the ground staff. This means that we would have to be very careful with were we tread.

4. The final risk would be to the headmasters study which is located right next to the garden, this means that we have to go at the right moment because otherwise we won’t be able to film and if we do film and he is in his office, then we will risk the chance that we will distract him from his work which will make him annoyed with us, which might lead to him telling us not to film here. This would be bad as this would be missing out a key scene in our video. To not do this we will have to film when he is not there and if he is there, then we have to make sure that we do not create a lot of noise.
