Risk Assessment Identified risks or hazards during production: Level of Risk (scaled 1- 10, 1 being very low risk and 10 being very high risk) Person involved if risk occurred Identified precautions or solutions used to prevent hazard or risk: 1. Risk of using glasses and old bottles that were alcoholic drinks. These were used in numerous scenes, such as the bar scene, the scene where Bridgette is by herself drinking wine, the poker scene. Likelihood of the event happening- 4 (this did happen once with a small glass that was used to hold the drinks- it fell off the table) Severity of the risk if and when occurred- 3 Total score 7/10 Bridgette and Vivienne- played by Rosie and Annie who are also directors. - Always make sure they were handled properly and safely at all times - The bottles and glasses were removed immediately and very carefully when shot was finished and put away in careful place quickly and efficiently . 2. Risk of using cigarettes and cigars on set. Likelihood of event happening- 1 Severity of risk if occurred- 2 Total score- 3/10 All crew and actors. - We only lit one cigarette throughout the whole of the filming and this was only used as an effect. 1. Risk of using glasses and old bottles that were alcoholic drinks. These were used in numerous scenes, such as the bar scene, the scene where Bridgette is by herself drinking wine, the poker scene.

All crew and actors. - We only lit one cigarette throughout the whole of the filming and this was only used as an effect. The person involved was 18 years of age (Annie Haigh) and was the one who purchased and was her choice in the action. After this scene was filmed, we quickly and effectively discarded of the cigarette.

- The other cigarettes and cigars that the actors and crew had to handle were never lit and used under school premises with a teacher

watching over so there was no risk at all, and lighting of the cigarettes and cigars were ruled out.

3. Risk of tripping or falling when filming outside on location.

- We used locations such as ‘The University of Nottingham Social Club’ to film various scenes in the trailer. To get here we had to take public transport and walk to the premises. Also the characters Vivienne and Bridgette had to wear heels as part of their outfit.

4. Risk of electrocution when using electrical equipment such as cameras, phones and laptops.

- Use technical equipment properly and used in safe environment

- Ensure that all products used have been safety checked

5. Technical difficulties in equipment such as iMac.

- This has happened without iMac which does not upload certain videos- such as the “Film Pitch” which we have had to film again for the iMac to register this.
