Drop down and touch knee to floor and return to standing whilst pat passing
Pat pass an aero ball between pairs. Three touches each: left - right - pass, right - left – pass.
Everyone has a ball and keeps the pats going, move around in a space, fast, slow, jog… keep patting. If it falls do a press-up.
Touch left buttock to floor and get up… keep passing.
Make it fancy. Go high, spin round, under leg. Do it on one leg.

sink into rotation as you catch. Hands to the side of your hips.
Get it co-ordinated… one up, one down.Add a lightweight medicine ball.
In a split stance position pass a golf ball between pairs.
Perform a ‘flying change’ with the throw… swap the front foot with a jump.
notethe best pattern to promote good golf mechanics is to have the hands the same side as the front foot… left foot forward, hands catch on left side. essential golf counter-coil loading. see above.

key points:this is a cardio-vascular total body warm-up. note the direction of the upper body movements demonstrated above… side bend away from the lead leg, rotate towards the lead leg: these are the preferred combinations that support golf dynamics.
Lay a club on the floor, place one foot in front and one behind.Practice a flying change jump, alternating your feet.
rotate club across chest and drive it round to the other side as you jump. Keep the jumps going for 30 secs etc…
now add an upper body move during the jump… club side bent overhead, swap it to the other side on the jump.
