Key Information Explanation, volunteer
Sporting Organization Volunteer, volunteer organisations are usually
set up for people with a little amount of money
or for people of the community who are lacking
opportunities or dont have enough money to go
to a private organisation, although volunteerorganisations do not make their own money,
they are given funds from things; like
government grants and lottery funding simply
because they are a non profit organisation.
Lark hall athletic football club are my prime
example as when I started playing for them it
was all volunteer, and although I had to pay a
90 deposit, I did get the money back after 3
weeks, and unfortunately because they could
not raise or get enough money from governmentgrants and such they went bust.
The Sport(s) with which each is associated Pretty much any sport that anybody gets the
grant too open up a club for.
Lark Hall particularly is focussed on football.
Organisational Aims The organisational aims ofLark hall were to
ensure that the players of the football club had a
good time and got entered into a league andtried winning matches, trophies etc. As this is
any sporting objective for a competitive club.
Their other main objective will have been to stay
in business and raise a team which is good at
football; unfortunately they did not progress
very far before going bankrupt within my year
group.
Target Groups The target groups for the specific part ofLark
hall fc I was in would have been any teenager
aged 15-16.
Because that was the age requirement.
Standards of Facilities and Services Lark Halls facilities and services where basic, but
more than satisfactory in the sense that they had
their own changing rooms and pitch and things
like that, but they struggled to own their own
equipment so had to use goalposts which where
sort of passed around a few youth teams.
Pricing Structure The pricing structure is low because there wasno price to pay to become a member, all that

Lark Hall required was that you turned up to
every training session and made your own way
there.
Other than the 90 deposit I paid.
Extent of Partnerships With Other Sectors Volunteer organisations would have apartnership with other organisations like public
organisations because they would sometimes
use the equipment that public organisations use
and theyd also be linked to the same sectors
such as government grants and institution loans
and even lottery funding.
there were none that Lark Hall would have that i
could think of.
