recipe: a) wet -4 tbsp coconut oil -2 tbsp baking soda -20 drops essential oil (optional. peppermint essential oil will get rid of any bad breath you might have.) -stevia powder or xylitol (optional) mix well and keep in a glass jar. b) dry -1 cup baking soda -1 teaspoon stevia powder mix and sprinkle on to wet toothbrush. !commercial alternative: -Lush tablets

recipe: -1 cup of water -1 teaspoon baking soda -3-5 drops of essential oil (for ex. tee tree essential oil is antibacterial). mix well and keep in a glass jar. !!

recipe: a) dry: apply cornstarch with
upcycled paintbrush or massage and comb.
b) dry2: apply cocoa powder. c) wet: rinse with water, sprinkle baking soda, then rinse with apple cider vinegar. !commercial alternative: -soapnuts.co.uk -Lush

recipe: -1 to 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (ACV) -8 ounces of water (220 ml) mix well. Experiment to find a dilution that works best for you (dry hair likes less ACV and oily hair likes more). !commercial alternative: -Lush bars

recipe: -6 tbsp coconut oil -¼ cup baking soda -¼ cup organic cornstarch -essential oils (optional) Mix BS and cornstarch in a bowl. Add coconut oil and essential oils. Store in a small glass jar. !commercial alternative: -alum stone “crystal deodorant” (wet and apply on to armpits)

If found loose or in recyclable paper, brilliant. !liquid soap (castile) is quite pricey, so consider making your own: in a bucket, combine 11/2 cup grated soap with one gallon warm tap water, stir and let sit overnight.
