Gigaway Concept Sdn. Bhd. (GCSB) was set-up as an outsourcing company inrecruiting and managing of foreign worker in 2012. We began to offering full-fledgeof cleaning services to customer due to customer demand that push company todiversify its services in 2014. We started off with cleaning services in food andbeverages outlets, shopping malls and now we are expanding our services into highrise façade cleaning, cleanroom cleaning, hygiene service and landscape & groundand maintenance.
We are passionate about providing a flexible and customize service where everycustomer is treated equally no matter how large and small the contract value. Wewill ensure that every contract is maintained at the consistent level of quality bydoing one-off spot checks or scheduled visits, tested process and methods deliveredby our skilled employees.
Our areas of expertise include Industrial, Commercial, Corporate Office, Hospital andResidential Cleaning. We aim to provide quality service to our customer as webelieve that clean and healthy environment is beneficial to one’s physical and mentalhealth.

At GCSB, all of our cleaning contract will be developed and customized according to customer needsand budget. We does both light and heavy cleaning work for industries such as processing plants,manufacturers and warehouses.

Utilizing anextensive network of highly qualified, carefully screened team of employees allows us to perform acollection of maintenance and repair services. Our employees is eagerly aware of the uniquecharacteristics and operating issues associated with servicing. Customer satisfaction is our main goal.
This allows us to customize a flexible program that work best to our customers. Services includemaintenance and repair of electrical works, air conditioning units, plumbing repairs and groundmaintenance. Ground maintenance covers a wide range of activities that create a pleasant outlook ofthe land surrounding a customer’s building and safe guard the good health and safety of employeesand theirs valued visitors.

Our cleaning’s employees are trained in the relevant aspects of cleaning duties required of them. Thiscomes in 4 stages:
o Induction Training
A full DOSH/ Health and Safety talk explaining the potential hazards of cleaning equipment andmaterials and an explanation of how these hazards can be found within every day procedures. Inaddition, we undertake a demonstration of personal protective clothing.
All our cleaning equipment is color coded and employees are trained accordingly. Basic electricalequipment, (vacuum cleaners) is made familiar to cleaners with explanations of basic safetyawareness and maintenance.
Finally, we go through the key issues which may arise in a cleaning environment which will help acleaner to understand the procedures in the event of abnormal occurrences.
o On Site Training
This occurs in all our cleaning services with cleaning contracts. This work is heavily supervised and actsto ensure that a member of employees learns our special method of work. This is a system wherework is checked once it is carried out to ensure all aspects of the cleaning specification areundertaken. It also helps us to distinguish the members of employees who are prepared to take apride in the company and their work. Only members of employees who understand and act uponwhat is expected of them continue with us.
o Specific Site Training
This will include all aspects of a specific site. We recognize that every site is different and requiresareas of particular attention. The member of employees is also trained with regard to the health andsafety implications of a specific site as well as the security procedures of that particular site.
o Ongoing Training
This keeps employees up to date with any changes in materials of cleaning techniques used. Allrelevant changes will be introduced throughout the company and managers and site supervisors thencarry out training.
Our cleaning’s employees are trained in the relevant aspect of cleaning duties.

o We believe in improving health & safety standardsthrough constant monitoring and reviewing of ourhealth & safety policies and procedures. A safeand healthy workplace can only be achieved ifemployees accept responsibility for their ownhealth & safety and that of other persons whomay be affected by their work activities. the atmosphere must be prevented and reported to line management if they occur.
