LISL The former Schlosshotel Lisl is loca-ted directly next to the entrance to our resort. It has been completely renovated while retaining its historic façade and houses the Lisl Restaurant & Terrace on the ground floor, where among others the breakfast buffet for all resort guests takes place, as well as 22 rooms in standard, comfort and deluxe category on the 1st and 2nd floor. Highlight is the wonderful view from all rooms to Hohenschwangau Castle or Neu-schwanstein Castle.

JÄGERHAUS Located directly opposite the Schlosshotel Lisl, this historic building has been carefully renovated and its original picturesque style has been retained. A total of 9 rooms in the categories comfort and deluxe as well as 3 suites up to 43 m², equipped with antiques, beds with cano-pies and patterned wallpaper, offer you a magical and romantic atmosphere.

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the magnificent view of Hohenschwangau Castle or Neuschwanstein Castle.

MAIN HOUSE & GALERIA From the Lisl you get directly into the main building with lobby, Ludwig Bar, shop as well as the conference rooms on the ground floor and 1st floor and the Kids Club. Right next to it you will find the newly constructed Galeria building with a total of 50 rooms in the categories standard, comfort, deluxe and premium as well as suites and family suites. SEEHAUS From the Galeria, an underground corridor leads you directly to the Seehaus - a sophisticated lighting concept and varied display cases make this corridor some-thing very special.

The Seehaus was also newly built and ac-commodates in addition to 39 rooms and suites in the categories standard, comfort, deluxe, premium, suites and family suites the 4 elements spa on the entire ground floor with view to the Alpsee – sunset included. No matter which room you book an idyllic view to Hohenschwangau Castle, or the forest or the Alpsee is guaranteed.

ALPENROSE The historic building Alpenrose am See Restaurant and Café deserves its name because of its exposed location di-rectly on the Alpsee. The spacious terrace in particular invites you to linger and enjoy.On the 1st floor there are three event rooms which can be connected with each other and are ideally suited for private events such as birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, etc. or also for small and fine conferences and other events.From the Seehaus a direct glazed corridor

leads to the Alpenrose or you can use the main entrance from the Alpseestraße, directly next to the Museum of the Bavarian Kings.A total of 14 new rooms and suites have been created on the 2nd and 3rd floor and await you for a restful stay on highest level.All suites as well as the Grand Suites provide a spectacular view to the Alpsee, most of them with an own balcony.

LISL RESTAURANT & TERRACE Our res-taurant in the historic building of the former Schlosshotel Lisl has a special atmosphere at all times of the day and night. The large conservatory and three terraces have excellent views of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Located above the east wing of Neuschwanstein, you are close to the action – yet far away from the hustle and bustle.

Our Head Chef Alexander Raddatz serves modern Bavaria Alpine cuisine both at lunchtime and in the evening. During the day you can also choose from an extensive cake buffet. We can also pre-pare the dishes of your choice.

Our culinary credo: food must be seaso-nal and regional with special attention paid to the quality of all the ingredients. Following the “Farm to table” principle, we therefore buy our produce almost exclusively from traditional businesses in the region.

For example, the cheese comes from Käserei HochAlp in nearby Buching, made exclusively from cows grazed on hay and meadow grass. Meat and cooked meats are sourced from Land-metzgerei Baur, which only uses ani-mals from the region and also produces a special bratwurst for the Lisl. Our regional, seasonal fruit and vegetables are purchased from Reichenau Island in Lake Constance while baked goods and natural sourdough bread is supplied fresh every day by Bäckerei Gschwill. Finally, a fine selection of German and international wines rounds off your culi-nary experience at the Lisl.

SCHLOSS BRÄUSTÜBERL WITH ALPSEE-STUBE Down-to-earth, rustic and cosy – at the Schloss Bräustüberl with the Alp-seestube and the adjoining beer garden you can experience the romanticism of the Allgäu up close and personal.

The cuisine here is simple – but superb! We put the Bavarian way of life on the table in the form of authentic inn meals. Meat, cooked meat and cheese speci-alities are sourced from butcherys and cheese dairies in the region and can be washed down with a freshly poured beer from the King Ludwig Brewery.

Depending on the season, you can sit in our large cosy snug or under the trees in our sunny beer garden – but wherever you are, you can enjoy great views of the Alps and King Ludwig’s castles. In short, the Schloss Bräustüberl is the perfect starting point for a hike or to relax after walking down from Neuschwanstein.

ALPENROSE AM SEE RESTAURANT & CAFÉ Alpenrose am See probably has the best view of the Alpsee. Or to be exact, our fantastic terrace does, where you can watch the light dancing on the lake in a relaxing atmosphere. It is the perfect place to enjoy a cool drink or delicious „König Ludwig Glace Royale“ ice cream specialities. The Alpenrose has opened seasonally.

The special atmosphere in the Alpenrose am See is not just created by its superb location, the building itself is a genuine treasure. It has been part of the scenery at Hohenschwangau for more than 100 years. We have refurbished and moder-nised it carefully for our guests, giving it a contemporary touch, but retaining every bit of its regional charm.

With its traditional architecture and clear views of the Alpsee, the Alpenrose also provides a fantastic backdrop for small-scale weddings, family celebrations and gala dinners (10—60 people).
