− “>3 million hours devoted to tracking, reporting, and analyzing key quality metrics”
− Work closely with clinicians to improve quality care to critically ill patients
− Quality indicators: Patient satisfaction, vent wean rates, infection control (UTI rates and CLABSI), regulatory compliance, and patient safety
