Selah is a two-year training program for those called to companion others in their life with God.It is a program, a ministry, and a way of being that invites us, in community with one another, to pause and attend to the presence and communion of God.

The Selah Experience involves teaching and experiential learning over a two-year period, including:
5 Retreat Residencies of 3-4 nights each, offering faculty presentations, peer group spiritual direction, time for silent prayer and reflection, and daily communal worship
Monthly spiritual direction, received and offered
Monthly supervision by Selah faculty
Reading, writing, and practice assignments in preparation for each Residency—not lengthy, but designed to deepen our prayerful reflection, conversation, and practice
Community: Selah interns learn as a cohort, coming in with a group of 10-12 other first-years in their first Residency, and joining with the previous and following year’s cohorts of 10-12 interns for their remaining 4 residencies.

SELAH-EAST residencies meet at New England/Mid-Atlantic retreat centers. SELAH-WEST residencies will be held at retreat centers in Arizona.
