Being noticed means better connections, more opportunities and more growth etc. Networking is "conversations- start with a conversation. You just never know where the conversation will lead to. Always look at developing relationships. “Know me, Like Me, Trust Me”. Allow yourself to be influenced, and to be influential to others Be authentic: no trickery or manipulation. If you have nothing at the moment to add then fine, by being be here you are participating however work towards increasing your engagement- start of “liking”, “sharing” and commenting. Importantly, speak to people as people in general. Engage, do not sell. Relationships first. Avoid initial views such as “I want to target High Net Worth Individuals” and other such similar views as you are self-sabotaging your opportunities because you are being “closed” If you want people to be interested in you then share something about yourself now and again - don’t just put out the normal motivational quotes please. Be interesting: It’s about the person - story, story, and story.

My main message is 1. Be consistent… keep showing up Online and Offline 2. Engage and be open- be open to learning and be influenced yourself! 3. Look to connect and look to developing longstanding relationships 4. Take baby steps. Don’t try to do it all at once - make a start. Do something!
