American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is passed by Congress in 2009.

RZEBs and RZFBs allocations are distributed to major Cities and Counties.

Butler County Port Authority conducts Stimulus Fund Seminar in April 2009. Roland Lutz attends program.

In 2009 Vision 2020 organizes Riverfront Committee.

Roland Lutz submits RFP for Recovery Zone Facility Bonds. (January 2010)

RZFBs are approved contingent on financing.

Financing, Letter of Credit must be obtained by June 15th for RZFBs.

The $8.6 Million project includes mixed use and building upgrades
