single LOS, Topic Subhead is covered. However, Schweser material has to be purchased

by you. Everything else shall be provided. Details of Book Seller may be provided on

request. All practice Papers, Mind-maps, etc. shall be provided.

• Will I get the most recent term’s video?

Yes, you shall receive content apt for the current term. And due to the same reason, it is

possible that you may receive the content in two installments.

• What is the validity of my videos, if I plan to defer my exam?

You may write a mail to us and we have a record of the views and the viewing date. We

shall extend the validity of your videos. The same applies for those who want to start

preparing early

• How Is the video quality?

The videos shall be of HD quality like the ones on YouTube. The old videos uploaded on

YouTube are not of HD Quality. (Check videos uploaded after May’16)

• Do I need a broadband Connection?

Internet connection is required to authenticate the video only. Once the authentication

is done, the video shall play and internet is not required any more. It need not be

downloaded or buffered.

• Can I copy, record or transfer videos?

The classes are for students’ personal preparation and are not to be used for any

commercial purposes. Transferring, copying, circulating or recording the video in any

manner is strictly prohibited.

• How many times can I watch a video?

You shall receive 3 views per video. This is to prevent misuse. If for technical issues, you

have lost views, or you need to revisit a topic beyond 3 times, you may drop a mail and

the views shall be increased for the requested videos at no extra cost. While viewing the

video, you will not be able to run other functions on your computer.

• Are the Videos Supported on MacBook?

Currently the pen drives are not supported on Mac Book. We are working on the same.

However, students partition their MacBook Hard Drive and use the same on Windows

very conveniently. Sorry for the inconvenience.

• What is the Refund Policy?

No refunds shall be made after you have received the videos.

• Can I Talk to the Faculty? How do I Resolve my queries/ Doubt Solving?
