PREFACE

Master of business administration is a course which combines both principles and its

application as its contents of the study in the field of management. As a part and parcel of this

course, every aspirant has to undergo subject project in an organization. The purpose of this

project is to expose the student of the management science with real life situation existing in

the organization and to provide an insights into the various functions and principles of

management who can visualize things what they have been taught in the classroom.

Actually, it is the life force of management. It is project that show the effectiveness of

management itself is realized.

I was fortunate enough to do my subject project in . LINCOLN PHARMACEUTICAL LTD.

Lincoln pharmaceutical is a reputed pharma company which is into generic products. As

subject concern, every group has to prepare and submit a report on the function of the

organization. This report is in continuation of that tradition. It is an attempt to present an

account of principles and practical knowledge observations gathered during the report work.

Executive Summary

As a part of our study curriculum it is necessary to conduct a project on principles of management It

provides me an opportunity to understand the particular topic in depth and which leads to through to

that topic. our topic is sttaffing at LINCOLN PHARMACEUTICAL LTD.

In the beginning I will give brief introduction of pharmaceutical industry and then a brief introduction

of Lincoln pharmaceutical ltd.

This research project is conducted in order to understand the staffing aimportant function of the management. It include selection process, training and

employee retention etc.

Through this research work, we have tried to get information about staff strength.

a research about how company select, provide training and retained.
