1.3: Life Goes On

Monika was enjoying leading life as a royal legacy wife by spending whole days fishing at Pinochle Pond.

Harry, on the other hand, spend his days at home fixing things to improve his mechanical skills for his military career.

Not long after their marriage, Monika discovered she was pregnant.

Harry was overjoyed with the news, especially because then his Grandmother couldn’t complain any more…

He made sure to read every pregnancy book he could get his hands on.

Unfortunately, he got easily distracted by the mirror often. *cough*vain*cough*

Throughout her pregnancy, Monika continued to fish… a lot.

One night when she was out, a burglar visited the house and stole a rug. Unfortunately, he wasn’t caught.

…because lazy bones here did not get out of bed in time.

The next morning, Harry visited Zebulon for the first time after his birthday.

It was love at first sight, and Harry taught him to walk.

Meanwhile, Monika was practicing looking after a baby by taking care of her fish.

Good thing she had the practice, because she went into labour that morning.

They took a taxi to the hospital, and the same taxi driver that had driven Harry to his house on his first day in Sunset Valley still did not recognise him.

Meet the heir to the Windsor ‘throne’: Luke Windsor!

(because I have the Star Wars Trilogy box set next to me)

Monika absolutely adored Luke, and spent half her time in his room.

The other half of her time was spent fishing (obviously).

After Luke’s birth, Harry spent a lot of his time working towards getting a promotion.

But he also found time for his wife.“Monika, now that Luke’s born, do you want to maybe start thinking about baby number 2?” he asked.

“That sounds like fun, but shouldn’t we wait until Luke is a toddler?”“That’s probably a good idea,” agreed Harry, “We could just WooHoo?”

…

Harry also loved Luke very much, and paid more attention to him in one day than he had to Zebulon in his whole life.

“Who is my gorgeous little heir? Yes, YOU ARE! Yes!”

Harry continued to spend most of his time working out, and Monika enjoyed watching him.

Which often lead to a lot of making out.

As well as… other stuff.

Thanks to the amount Harry works out, Monika soon found that she was pregnant once again.

The same day, it was also time for Luke’s birthday!

He grew up to be super cute, with his mum’s hair colour and dad’s blue eyes.

Monika made sure to teach him to walk and talk, the two essential sim-life skills. (I’m lazy so never bother with potty training)

It was a good day for all, with Harry earning his long awaited promotion as well!
